Used PowerJet Injection Molding Machines

PowerJet (Guangdong PowerJet Plastic Machinery, Foshan) builds mid-range injection molding machines that are common in Chinese and export factories. The BJ servo series is the line we see most often on the used market — and the line we currently have in stock.

The BJ Series in Short

The BJ-S6 generation is PowerJet’s servo-hydraulic line: a servo motor drives the hydraulic pump, cutting energy use versus fixed-pump machines and holding pressure more precisely. Typical used-market sizes run from about 90T to 530T. Buyers choose used PowerJets for general molding — buckets, crates, housewares, caps and containers — where a Chinese servo machine at a used price beats a new entry-level machine on payback.

What a Used PowerJet Costs

As tracked in our used injection molding machine price index, Chinese-brand servo machines in the 160T class asked about US$9,000–9,500 FOB China in October 2026, and the 250T class about US$14,500–15,000 — a 200T PowerJet prices between those anchors, adjusted for year, condition and refurbishment grade. Every MoldMach quote states the machine’s year, test status and grade, so you can check it against the index.

How We Sell Them

Every machine is inspected in our Yiwu workshop, refurbished to its stated A/B/C grade, and dry-cycle & purge tested before listing; the listing page carries real photos and the test status. Before shipment, a production trial with your mold is available after deposit. Packing, loading and documents follow our shipping process, and our inspection checklist shows exactly what to verify on any used machine — ours included.

FAQ

Do you always have PowerJet machines in stock?

Not always — stock rotates. The BJ160-S6 and BJ200-S6 above are current examples; if the size you need is sold, tell us the tonnage and product and we will source against our incoming stock.

PowerJet or Haitian — which should I buy used?

Both are mainstream Chinese brands. Haitian’s installed base and parts network are larger; PowerJet’s BJ servo line is often better value per ton on the used market. Condition and year matter more than the badge — compare the actual units, their test videos and grades.

Can I see the machine run before paying the balance?

Yes. Listing-stage machines are dry-cycle & purge tested; after a deposit we mount your mold and run a production trial before shipment, with video for your approval.
