Every used machine we sell passes through the same refurbishment process in our Yiwu workshop. Here is exactly what we do before a machine is listed for sale.
Our 5-step process
1. Inspection & diagnosis
Every machine is checked on arrival – hydraulics, electrics, screw and barrel, clamping unit and controller – and every fault is recorded.
2. Deep cleaning
Old oil, grease and plastic residue are removed inside and out, so problems are easy to see and fix.
3. Parts replacement & repair
Worn seals, pumps, valves, heaters, contactors and other worn parts are replaced or repaired.
4. Repaint & detailing
The machine is repainted and detailed, so it arrives clean and presentable.
5. Testing & grading
The machine runs a dry-cycle and nozzle purge test recorded on video, and is then graded A, B or C.
How we grade
- Grade A – fully refurbished & tested.
- Grade B – serviced & tested, cosmetic wear.
- Grade C – inspected, sold as-is with honest notes.
Dry cycle & purge tested – production trial before shipment. This statement appears on every listing, and every machine is supplied with its test video.
